My Energy Doctors was managing leads in a spreadsheet, dispatching crews by text message, and reconciling jobs across three disconnected tools. We engineered the full stack from scratch — a custom CRM, a real-time operations dashboard, and an API layer wiring the whole business together.

How we built it.

We built the entire stack from scratch — a TypeScript / Node backend on Postgres, a React front-end for the operations dashboard and CRM, and a typed API layer shared cleanly across both.

The custom CRM was modeled around the actual sales motion. The operations dashboard pulled live data from every source into one view. The integration layer tied it all together.
